Terms of Service

By signing up to “EarnGiftsFree” you fully accept and promise to abide by all terms set forth in this document. Upon signing up to “EarnGiftsFree” you also acknowledge that you have read and fully understand ALL points within the Terms of Service. This set of terms applies to ALL sites within the “EarnGiftsFree” network.

“EarnGiftsFree” network reserves the right to modify its Terms of Service at anytime without notice. The “EarnGiftsFree” network also reserves the right to alter any part of the network without prior notice.

1. Membership:

• Upon signing up, you agree to provide 100% accurate information during the signup process, including but not limited to your address, city, country, zip code, telephone number, birthdate, and your first and last name. Using false information will cause your account to go permanently on hold.
• You must be at least 17 years of age with at least your legal parent's and/or guardian's permission to sign up to our network.
• We recommend you create a secure and unique password. We will put you on hold if you have the same password as another user.
• All addresses must be within the United States or Canada, as we do not ship internationally.
• No P.O. boxes are allowed. We will NOT ship to a P.O. Box address.
• Only 1 account is allowed per shipping address, per person, per household, per IP address, and per user. Users with multiple accounts per shipping address or Internet Protocol [IP] will be placed on hold. You may not log in from any public computer, public place, or any computer of your referrals. Accounts placed on hold will remain so unless manually removed from hold by an administrator.
• If a user is suspected of creating multiple accounts through Proxies or same IP signups, that user and all suspected accounts will be put on hold immediately.
• Referrals may NOT be cross-site-exchanged from one “EarnGiftsFree” website to another. Each referral is UNIQUE to THAT particular website.
• We recommend signing up and completing offers through Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. This is not required, but recommended to best ensure proper crediting.
• Membership can be terminated at anytime, without notice, for any violations of our Terms of Service.
• DO NOT use Proxies! Do not sign up or sign into our site via a proxy. Use of proxies will lead to immediate account termination.

2. Offers:

• When signing up for offers, we strongly recommend you signup to only the offers you are LEGITAMETELY interested in. This behavior keeps the freebie community alive, and makes the business fair for advertisers.
• Users found frauding offers by providing false or incorrect information, canceling too quickly without trying the trial, or doing duplicate offers will be put on hold immediately.
• Receiving credit cannot be guaranteed.
• All offer completions must be done through the links on the website. You will not get credit for offer completions done without our links.
• Due to recent fraud in the freebie community, we will no longer issue manual credit.
• To ensure proper crediting we also recommend that you have all of your cookies enabled and privacy settings lowered when completing an offer. This is one way you can ensure credit on the offer you completed.
• The ”EarnGiftsFree” network CANNOT be held liable for any charges/unexpected charges from any of our advertising affiliates. It is up to the user to do his/her own due diligence prior to signing up to any offer.

3. Gifts/Products:

• We cannot ensure the availability of a product at the time an order is placed. If a product is unavailable, the user will be given the PayPal alternative, or the choice to pick a gift of equivalent value or less.
• Users are welcome to repeat our sites over and over, however, users cannot do the same offer twice.
• We only ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses.
• Approval and shipping time frames are answered in our FAQ section.
• The “EarnGiftsFree” network reserves the right to change the gift selection at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders:

• We are NOT responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect shipping address and/or a PayPal email addresses that are provided to us.
• We do NOT offer ANY returns or exchanges.
• If we feel an account is suspicious, we may request a state issued identification card be provided before payout is made

5. Miscellaneous Information:

• We reserve the right to place any user under hold for any reason. Users on hold may stay on hold indefinitely.
• We reserve the right to deny credit for any offers completed, upon receiving information that you did not follow our Terms of Service.
• We do not tolerate any “Walkthroughs” of offers. If a user is suspected of being guided through the offer completion process by another user, he or she may be placed on hold. This sort of action is strictly forbidden.
• Frauding of offers will lead to being placed on hold.
• PayPal orders will be revoked if the user is not “PayPal verified.”
