How much do I pay for shipping?
We at EarnGiftsFree take care of all costs of the item, including shipping and handling. You will not be charged anything.
What happens if I enter my personal information incorrectly?
That is not a problem! Please just send us a friendly email at support@EarnGiftsFree.com or open up a support ticket and we will fix the needed information as soon as possible.
How much money have you shipped out in cash and prizes?
We get that one a lot. As of June 2009 we have shipped out close to $40,000.
Why is my account on hold?
Your account may be on hold for a different variety of reasons, such as multiple accounts, invalid referrals, duplicate IPs, offer fraud, or violating our terms of service in any way. Not every account placed on hold is placed on hold indefinitely. If you feel you are placed on hold unrightfully, please contact us and we will re-review your account.
What if I forget my password?
Many people forget their passwords, it is no big deal. Please click on the “Forgot Password” link when you attempt to log in, and enter your email address.
How can I be assured that this is legitimate, and I will get my free gift?

How can I get all the referrals I need?
There are plenty of ways to get referrals; however spamming is not one of them. Do not post your link where it is not welcome. There are plenty of websites that aid in the assistance of getting referrals. If you have any questions about what is and what is not spam, or other ways to gain referrals, please contact support.

I do not have a credit card or any means of getting referrals. Can I still get a free gift?
Of course! At EarnGiftsFree, we offer a whole variety of different ways to earn gifts free! We have plenty of offers that you can complete that do not require you to have a credit card.

Unfortunately, registration is only available to the United States and Canada.

Because our advertisers base leads off IP addresses, you are not allowed to have more then one account per household.

Do I have a time limit to complete the site?
Unlike other free incentive sites, we do not have a time limit. Complete the site in one day or one year!
Are there any tax forms I have to fill out?
Because no gift is valued over $599.99, no tax forms are necessary. However, if you repeat our site over and over and exceed the $599.99 threshhold, we will require a W9 and identification card from you before you can continue.
How much do I have to pay to complete my offer?
All prices of offers vary, some being free and others can be quite pricy. However, you choose the offers you wish to complete!
How long does it take for my offer to credit?
Crediting time varies from offer to offer, but most credit instantly. Please see offer details for crediting time.
I completed an offer and it is not showing up, what do I do?
Sometimes offers do not credit properly. Due to recent fraud our policy has changed and we no longer issue manual credits for offers that have not credited properly. We suggest doing another offer to recieve your credit. Also, it helps to delete your cookies from your machine before signing up for any offers.
What does the phrase "NO MCR" mean?
The phrase "NO MCR" means No Manual Credit Requests.
Does EarnGiftsFree ever use my credit card information?
EarnGiftsFree never will ask for your credit card information. When you click an offer, you are directed to the third party advertiser’s site. You can be assured that EarnGiftsFree only does business with reputable advertisers, and your credit information will be safe. We do not get your credit card information sent to us.
Why do some offers say half credit and some say full credit?
There are some offers that will only count half way towards your completion of an offer. For offers that are marked “1/2 credit”, you will have to complete two of them to be counted for a full offer credit. Please do not complete the same offer twice, you will not get credit, and you will be placed on hold.
What does it mean when someone signed up under me and is “Yellow”?
When somebody signs up under you, it automatically shows up on your status that they have signed up using your link, but have not completed an offer.
What does it mean when someone signed up under me and is “Green”?
When somebody signs up under you, it automatically shows up on your status that they have signed up using your link, but have not completed an offer. When the person completes the offer, your referral will show up as green, or completed.
What does it mean when someone signed up under me and is “Red”?
When somebody commits fraud, or their account is put on hold and they signed up using your link, they will show up as red in your status. This means this referral will not count towards your free gift.
I want to change my prize, is this possible?
Yes! Simply log into your account, and follow the instructions to change your gift.
What happens if the gift I choose is out of stock when ordering?
If for some reason we are unable to get you your gift due to limited quantities or discontinuation, you will be sent the equivalent of the cost of the gift via PayPal or a gift card.
I have finally met all of the requirements, how do I get my gift?
Simply submit for approval, and once approved your gift will ship in a timely manner!
My status says shipped, but I have yet to receive my gift?
Please give adequate time for your item to arrive. If you feel that too much time has gone by, please contact us either by email, AIM, or a support ticket.
Do I get a tracking number when my order ships?
That all depends on what you order, and where we order it from. If any tracking information is available, it will be made available to you.
